• Shipping: All boxes ship within 1 business day via USPS with a flat rate of $6.90 across the U.S.
• Personalized Cards: Each box includes a printed message card with your note added at checkout. Please check spelling carefully before submitting.
• Multiple Addresses: Sending gifts to different people? Message us and we’ll help organize it for you.
• Cancellations: Accepted within 2 hours of purchase.
• Returns: All sales are final due to customization. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement.
• Corporate Orders: Custom boxes available for client and bulk gifting.
